Andrea is an exceptional leader who has achieved great professional success while giving back to her community. Currently, she is Director of Marketing at Hoefer Welker, where she has grown the marketing department by 100%, refreshed the company brand, and successfully opened an office in Jacksonville, Florida. She helped found its DE&I program and devotes time to volunteer with organizations such as AIGA, Prep KC, Lead To Read KC, Junior Achievement of Greater Kansas City, Kansas State University and KC Design Week. In addition to volunteering in her local community, Andrea has also taken part in mission trips to Africa, the Dominican Republic and Mexico border through Village Presbyterian Church. She was recently named to the prestigious Centurions Leadership Program.
