Connie Heyer, MBA, RTR, RTM, RTT, CNMT, CRA, is a healthcare facilities planning and activation leader with more than 30 years of clinical and healthcare management experience. She specializes in healthcare facility planning, initial outfitting and transition, medical equipment planning, and operational readiness.

Throughout her career, Connie has led federal and commercial healthcare projects ranging from ambulatory clinics to multi-billion-dollar replacement hospitals. Her expertise includes clinical operations, medical equipment planning, FF&E procurement, transition planning, healthcare information systems implementation, regulatory compliance, and project execution.

Combining frontline clinical experience with executive project leadership, Connie is recognized for building consensus among stakeholders, navigating complex healthcare environments, and delivering facilities that are operationally ready from day one while supporting exceptional patient care.
