The design balances the organization’s legacy with a refined, contemporary aesthetic, avoiding overt sports references while still reflecting its identity through subtle elements. Access to natural light and ocean views is shared across the workplace, with open lounge and café spaces serving as central hubs for collaboration and informal work. Glass-front offices and flexible meeting spaces maintain visual connectivity while supporting a range of work styles, from focused tasks to large gatherings.
