Plans have been submitted for two towers within the proposed 16th and Broadway development near Kansas City’s Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. Designed by Hoefer Welker, the plans include a 29-story residential tower with 386 apartments and a 15-story hotel with 282 guest rooms.
The submission marks another step forward for the broader three-tower master plan, led by EPC Real Estate Group, Dan Carr and VeLa Development Partners. The proposed development would bring new housing, hospitality and dining opportunities to the Crossroads neighborhood.
