KMG Hotels is currently developing a dual-branded hotel and conference center in the new One North mixed-use development in North Kansas City, Mo. Hotels include the 100-room Aloft and 100-room Element brands. The hotel development includes a 5,000-sq. ft. conference center.

One North is a public-private partnership (P3) funded through a combination of incentives issued by the City of North Kansas City. The 58-acre destination-driven development will feature nationally known restaurants, retail and entertainment amenities.
