Three Hallbrook Place is the newest addition to the prominent Hallbrook Office Center in a prominent suburb of Kansas City. KBP, one of the country’s fastest-growing franchising groups, signed on early to move their headquarters to the third and fourth floors. This early partnership allowed for a very collaborative design approach. The design team was able to incorporate modern, clean lines and open spaces and offer the client the opportunity to determine specifics such as balcony and lobby locations.
The design for KBP’s space includes cozy, living room-type collaboration spaces with luxurious finishes and a flexible layout reflecting the company’s values of loyalty, decisiveness, and teamwork. The third and fourth floors are connected by a grand open staircase, allowing for easier connection for KBP employees. The first and second floors will be subleased to short-term tenants.
The building is energy efficient and includes high-performance glass on the exterior to help with heating and cooling costs. With breathtaking views overlooking a golf course and the Johnson County, Kansas skyline, Three Hallbrook Place serves as a gateway into Leawood, Kansas.
Project highlights include:
- Energy-efficient glass and HVAC system
- Views of the golf course and surrounding skyline
- Clean, modern lines and luxurious finishes
