Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Frisco at PGA Parkway

Written by Hoefer Welker | July 21, 2026

Baylor Scott & White Health, the largest not-for-profit health system in Texas, continues to expand access to care in some of the state's fastest-growing communities. As part of a new 40-acre medical campus, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Frisco at PGA Parkway required careful coordination to prepare a wide range of clinical environments for opening day.

The 340,000-square-foot, 84-bed hospital provides emergency and trauma care, cardiovascular services, surgery, imaging, and a dedicated women's health floor with labor and delivery, neonatal intensive care, and postpartum services. Each department brought unique equipment, infrastructure, and operational requirements that needed to remain coordinated as the project progressed from design through construction.

Hoefer Welker's Clinical Technology Solutions team provided medical equipment planning, procurement, construction support, delivery and installation, and transition and activation planning. Working alongside Baylor Scott & White Health, architect HKS, the construction team, and equipment vendors, the team validated equipment requirements, coordinated procurement with construction progress, and supported installation and departmental readiness as clinical needs evolved throughout the project.
