Among them is Diamond Bronson, a skilled leader and project manager here at Hoefer Welker who is one of the few Black female registered architects in the United States. In addition to her impressive qualifications and experience, Bronson has made a significant impact on the industry by promoting diversity and serving as a chair, co-chair, and member of various architectural committees and foundations in the Kansas City area.
She is also a founding member of the Metropolitan Leadership Institute and actively volunteers for STEM programs in local schools. Through her contributions to Resiliency at Work 2.0, Bronson dedicates herself to offering skills and training to better the lives of those in her community.
Hoefer Welker and KCBJ encourage you to reach out and connect with Diamond as she is a great resource for expanding your network.
