Rob Welker, president and partner at Hoefer Welker

**[Rob Welker](https://hoeferwelker.com/team-view/rob-welker/)**, president and partner at Hoefer Welker, has been named an honoree in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City’s “Most Wanted” campaign.

Annually, a group of charitable, passionate and hard-working professionals are chosen to be honored as Kansas City’s Most Wanted. Rob is among 38 individuals honored for this award. Honorees are recognized for being movers and shakers who are making a big difference in their profession and in their community.

Rob has accepted the honoree nomination, and started a **[fundraising campaign](http://www.bbbskc.org/faf/donorReg/donorPledge.asp?ievent=1165256&lis=1&kntae1165256=200325DEC46B47D7A0F8ECCA4859FA01&supId=428519418)**, which is active until December 3, concluding with the organization’s “Most Wanted” auction event. Hoefer Welker is proud to support Rob in his goal of raising more than $30,000 for this campaign.

Serving more than 1,700 youth each year, BBSKC provides children facing adversity with one-to-one, life-changing friendships with adult mentors. BBSKC believes that youth who have a positive adult influence in his or her life are better able to reach their full potential. Children and youth in the program are 75 percent more likely to graduate, and report higher self-esteem, improved academic performance and better attitudes toward education.

Please consider a donation to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City. Your support will help serve more children, as well as match at-risk youth with adult mentors, changing their lives forever.
