Developer T2V Properties LLC is building an office campus designed especially for “up-and-coming IT companies.”

Phase one of Irving IT Park, which will be located at 1410 Westridge Circle North, will include a three-story building with 35,430 square feet of Class A office space. Each floor can be taken by a single tenant or broken up into spaces ranging from 2,500 to 5,000 square feet.

T2V is also planning a second phase of the campus, which is expected to break ground next year. When combined with phase one, the 90,000-square-foot project is expected to bring more than 125,000 square feet of Class A office space to the area.

“This is great for the Las Colinas economy,” Vattikuti said in a prepared statement. “Technology companies are coming to the area at a fast pace, and we expect to see more activity within our project space. One of the key features to our project is that the site sits atop a hill overlooking Highway 114 and will provide tenants some of the best views for the future growth of the Las Colinas area.”
