The City of Grandview, Missouri, celebrated the reopening of its renovated City Hall and Police Department on January 28, 2025, after a $5.3 million, 10-month renovation. This project, part of the $21 million "Building Up Grandview" bond package, modernized the 50-year-old facilities to improve efficiency, accessibility, and flexibility.
As proud designers of this project, City Hall upgrades included new offices, conference rooms, modern board chambers, updated technology, and improved ADA compliance. The Police Department now features updated locker rooms, workspaces, and a state-of-the-art communications office funded by the Jackson County E-911 Fund. The renovations also relocated the DMV and completed updates to two fire stations. These improvements aim to enhance public services and accommodate future growth.
