Featured in the Healthcare Design Magazine, the new outpatient clinic, [Corpus Christi VA Clinic](https://hoeferwelker.com/projects/project/pfc-floyd-k-lindstrom-clinic-0-0), combines VA buildings into a modern healthcare facility for veterans. It offers expanded services including primary care, audiology, mental health, and more in a healing environment inspired by the nearby ocean and beaches. Designed to be a prominent landmark visible from Texas-358, it features landscaped paths, a welcoming entry plaza, and a transparent façade for easy navigation. The building's design maximizes natural light, promotes a calming atmosphere, and enhances staff well-being. Additionally, it prioritizes sustainability with energy-efficient features aiming for Two Green Globes certification.
